Numar zile pana cand operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare , pana cel tarziu cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
