Description
In baza contractului de furnizare ce se doreste a fi atribuit se vor asigura, cu respectarea conditiilor si cerintelor cuprinse in Caietul de sarcini, anexa la prezenta documentatie de atribuire, achizitionarea medicamentelor necesare defasurarii activitatii institutiei. Medicamentele vor fi furnizate achizitorului functie de necesitatea concreta a acestuia, raportat la comanda formulata de achizitor, in conditiile financiare convenite la data atribuirii contractului raportat la oferta de pret unitara inaintata de catre furnizor, valoarea lunara platibila furnizorului fiind determinata raportat la natura produselor furnizate, cantitatea de produse furnizate si pretul unitar al produselor cuprins in oferta furnizorului. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 5 zile Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a-3-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor
