Obiectul Acordului Cadru este Achizitie transformatoare 110/MT kV cu montaj in statiile DEO in vederea reducerii CPT tehnic. Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite anual. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitarilor de participare: 17 zile.
