Se va încheia acord cadru pe o perioada de 36 luni. S-a ales acordul-cadru deoarece acesta permite autorităţii contractante atribuirea de contracte subsecvente lunar(proteze) si trimestrial pentru implanturi, în funcţie de necesitatile concrete si de fondurile alocate cu aceasta destinatie. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimative ale contractelor subsecvente se regăsesc atât în Caietul de sarcini cât și în Strategia de contractare.
