Achizitie echipamente "Linie de depunere de tip roll-to-roll pentru membrane polimerice pentru pile de combustibil si Linie de depunere de tip roll-to-roll pentru electrozi pentru baterii de tip Litiu-Ion". Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la orice solicitare de clarificare, in mod clar, complet si fara ambiguitati in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
