Achizitie echipamente CI in cadrul proiectului „Instalație inovatoare de obținere a hidrogenului verde prin gazeificarea biomasei, cu sistem de filtrare avansat GREEN-GAS-H2”, SMIS 338091 In aplicarea dispozitiilor art. 161 din Legea 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, coroborat cu art. 103 din HG 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta stabileste urmatoarele termene cu privire la solicitarile de clarificari: Numărul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la toate solicitarile de clarificari în a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
