ACHIZITIE DIVERSE MEDICAMENTE DISPUSE INTR-UN NUMAR DE 297 DE LOTURI INDIVIDUALE NOTA : autoritatea contractanta stabileste un termen - limita in care va asigura raspunsul clar si complet la solicitarile de clarificare/informatii suplimentare ale ofertantilor astfel: - In cazul in care solicitarea de clarificare/informatii suplimentare este incarcata în SICAP în cadrul termenului-limita de 20 zile înainte de data limita pentru depunerea ofertelor, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor cu 12 zile.
