Prin prezenta documentatie se doreste achizitionarea de: Platforma de guvernare inteligenta a comunitatii cu aplicatie iOS si Android gratuita pentru cetateni; Stalpi inteligenti dotati cu senzori si wifi; Statii pentru transportul in comun dotate cu senzori si WIFI; Banca pentru odihna inteligenta. Conform prevederilor art.161 alin.2 din Legea 98/2016, modificat prin OUG 45 din 24 mai 2018, autoritatea contractanta va transmite raspunsurile de clarificari cu 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
