Description
„Se va încheia un Acord cadru conform caietului de sarcini, pentru primele trei locuri in clasament. Durata acordului cardu este de 24 luni. Termenul limita pana la care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor va fi in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor”(art 160-161 din LG nr.98/2016 ).
