Obiectul acordului cadru care se va încheia presupune achiziţionarea următoarelor produse: 21000 tone piatră tip CFR 31,5-50 mm, 36000 tone piatră concasată 0-63 mm, 15000 tone balast sortat 0-63 mm. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor cf OUG 107/2017. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18
