Este necesara achiziția de produse software Microsoft, prin subscripție/închiriere, pentru asigurarea mentenanței anuale aşa cum sunt descrise prin caietul de sarcini. Acestea vor fi utilizate pentru a asigura desfășurarea activității zilnice. Numărul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 19 zile. La solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare se va raspunde in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari transmise de operatorii economici in termenul stabilit.
