Description
Încheiere de acorduri cadru pentru o perioadă de 12 luni privind achizitia de produse alimentare necesare hranirii persoanelor private de libertate. Autoritatea contractanta previzioneaza achizitionarea produselor in cantitati minime si maxime, acestea urmand atribuirea contractelor subsecvente acordului-cadru in functie de necesitati si de fondurile bugetare alocate. Durata acordurilor-cadru va fi de 12 luni. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate se regasesc in caietul de sarcini. Cantitatile minime si maxime prevazute in acordul cadru sunt estimative.
