Description
La présente consultation concerne l'achat et la maintenance de défibrillateurs pour la ville de Montpellier et Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole. Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans
