Description
Le présent appel d'offres ouvert est soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire sans minimum et avec un maximum passé en application des articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique relatifs aux accords-cadres. Le présent accord-cadre est passé sous la forme d'un groupement de commande constitué des membres figurants dans l'annexe 2 de l'Acte d'engagement.
