Description
Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het sluiten van een Overeenkomst met één geschikt accountantskantoor dat de wettelijk verplichte accountantscontrole zál uitvoeren en aanvullende accountantsdiensten kán uitvoeren voor ICTU. Bij de gunning staat de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding centraal, zodat de dienstverlening niet alleen rechtmatig is, maar ook bijdraagt aan continuïteit, onafhankelijkheid en een doelmatige uitvoering van de controle. Zie voor meer informatie de aanbestedingsstukken. Alle ondernemers die aan de eisen voldoen worden van harte uitgenodigd een Inschrijving in te dienen. De geschatte omvang bedraagt circa € 85.000 – € 120.000 exclusief btw per boekjaar voor de certificerende functie inclusief natuurlijk advies. Daarnaast wordt voor de aanvullende dienstverlening een bedrag van gemiddeld € 20.000 – 80.000 exclusief btw per jaar geraamd. De totale geraamde waarde van de Opdracht over de maximale looptijd van zeven jaar beweegt zich daarmee in een bandbreedte van plm. € 700.000 - € 1.400.000 exclusief btw.; ICTU is niet verplicht dit bedrag te besteden.
