De opdracht bestaat uit het leveren van accountantsdiensten, die betrekking hebben op de wettelijke controle van de jaarrekening, inclusief Sisa -bijlage, en de natuurlijke adviesfunctie. Daarnaast hebben Opdrachtgevers in de beschrijving van het perceel aangegeven of specifieke werkzaamheden deel uitmaken van de opdracht. Hierbij moet gedacht worden aan deelverklaringen, subsidieverklaringen en de controle financiële bijdragen raadsfracties.
