Description
De gemeente wil een Overeenkomst met betrekking tot accountantsdiensten voor haar organisatie sluiten. De opdracht bestaat uit de volgende werkzaamheden /onderdelen: 1. Accountantscontrole jaarrekening (inclusief SISA); 2. Interim-controle (in voorbereiding op de jaarrekeningcontrole); 3. Natuurlijke adviesfunctie gerelateerd aan de certificerende functie; 4. Werkzaamheden ten behoeve van af te geven deelverklaringen; 5. Advies naar behoefte en op afroep. Voor de werkzaamheden 1 t/m 5 zal een vaste prijs worden gevraagd. De gemeente raamt de totale opdrachtwaarde op € 340.000,- excl. BTW. (€85.000,- per jaar) voor de initiële looptijd van 4 jaar. Deze omvang is een indicatie; u kunt hier geen rechten aan ontlenen.
