Description
Vanwege het aflopen van de huidige overeenkomst wenst Teylingereind middels een Europese aanbestedingen nieuwe overeenkomst te sluiten. De nieuwe overeenkomst dient in te gaan in 2026. De exacte startdatum van de overeenkomst ligt nog niet vast, er wordt gestreefd naar 1 juni 2026. De opdracht betreft: • De controle van de jaarrekening opgesteld in overeenstemming met Richtlijn voor de Jaarverslaggeving Hoofdstuk 640 (RJ 640), Organisatie zonder winststreven. • Het opstellen van een rapport van feitelijke bevindingen betreffende: o Een 8-tal prestatie indicatoren; o Naleving artikel 13 Subsidiebesluit inzake organisatorische en financiële verbanden; o Naleving artikel 4:69 Algemene Wet Bestuursrecht inzake inrichting administratie; o Informatiebeveiliging. • Het opstellen van een managementletter en accountantsverslag.
