Description
Doel Opdracht Het doel van de Opdracht is om te komen tot één winnende inschrijver, waarmee een Raamovereenkomst voor Diensten zal worden gesloten voor de Opdracht. De opdracht bestaat uit de volgende controles: - Certificerende functie, gericht op het verstrekken van controleverklaringen bij: • Jaarrekening en bestuursverslag • Interim controle • Bijzondere verklaringen: o PNB leenfaciliteit o PNB leenportefeuille o EHS leenportefeuille o Ontwikkelfonds voor Energiecoöperaties o Ontwikkelfonds Warmte o Investeringsfonds Duurzame Landbouw Structureel o Eventuele nieuwe fondsen • Overige verantwoording o Incidenteel: Controle subsidie Ontwikkelfonds voor Energiecoöperaties o Incidenteel: Controle subsidie Ontwikkelfonds Warmte - Adviserende functie voor de Raad van Commissarissen, Audit en Risk Commissie en de organisatie In bijlage 8 ‘Dienstverleningseisen’ staat een uitgebreid eisenpakket ten aanzien van de dienstverlening.
