Description
Heemstede wil een accountant selecteren die qua profiel en functievervulling, naar het oordeel van de gemeente, goed bij Heemstede past en die zijn diensten tegen een concurrerende prijs aanbiedt. Van de accountant wordt verwacht dat deze beschikt over: • Een open en kritische houding ten opzichte van de organisatie van de gemeente Heemstede; • Een adviesorganisatie die zelf in staat is de processen met kennis en mankracht te ondersteunen. • Goede sociale vaardigheden en het vermogen om te kunnen communiceren met alle betrokkenen in het proces.
