Description
Met deze offerteaanvraag wordt u uitgenodigd een inschrijving in te dienen voor de Europese aanbesteding voor accountantsdiensten van gemeente Zutphen. Op grond van artikel 213 Gemeentewet wijst de gemeenteraad één of meer accountants als bedoeld in artikel 393, eerste lid, van Boek 2 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek aan. De gemeente wil een nieuwe overeenkomst aangaan met een looptijd van vier jaar met een eenzijdige optie tot verlenging met driemaal één jaar. De werkzaamheden betreffen de controle van de jaarrekeningen 2025 tot en met 2031, de Sisa-bijlage behorende bij de jaarrekening, de afgifte van diverse deelverklaringen die betrekking hebben op de boekjaren 2025 tot en met 2031 of in deze jaren afgeronde projecten en de natuurlijke adviesfunctie.
