De aanleiding van deze aanbesteding is de aflopende overeenkomst van de Opdrachtgever met de huidige accountant. Het staat vast dat er ook na het aflopen van deze overeenkomst behoefte blijft bestaan aan een overeenkomst met een accountantskantoor. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is borgen dat de jaarrekeningcontrole voor de boekjaren 2024 t/m 2027 uitgevoerd wordt.
