Description
De aan te besteden opdracht wordt als volgt gedefinieerd: Het als onafhankelijke deskundige uitvoeren van: •de jaarrekeningcontrole (vanaf 2024), bestaande uit interim- en eindejaarscontrole, op de geconsolideerde jaarrekening van Noorderpoort en FLEX B.V. met als resultaat een managementletter en een accountantsverslag waaruit de accountantsverklaring volgt. •de bekostigingscontrole met als resultaat het Assurance rapport. •onader te bepalen aantal afzonderlijke controles waarvoor Noorderpoort aan de rijksoverheid (ministeries) en overige subsidieverstrekkers een goedkeurende verklaring ter beschikking dient te stellen. (op afroep) •de natuurlijke adviesfunctie in het verlengde van de accountants- en bekostigingscontroles. De omvang van de opdracht wordt geschat op circa € 180.000,- per jaar (inclusief btw). Dat bedrag is tevens het beschikbare budget. Aan dit bedrag zijn geen rechten te ontlenen.
