Description
Na boekjaar 2024 eindigt de huidige overeenkomst tussen VRNHN en de accountant die is belast met de uitvoering van accountantsdiensten. Dit is de aanleiding om een nieuwe aanbestedingsprocedure te doorlopen. Aard en omvang van de werkzaamheden worden door de accountant bepaald op basis van de Gemeentewet, Besluit begroting en verantwoording provincies en gemeenten (BBV), wettelijke regelingen, controleprotocollen van departementen alsmede verordeningen en richtlijnen. In het controleprotocol van VRNHN is de controletolerantie vastgelegd. VRNHN hanteert bij deze aanbesteding een prijsplafond. De interne beheersing is sinds 2015 op orde. VRNHN verwacht daarbij ook niet dat extra inzet vanuit de accountant nodig zal zijn. Daarnaast ligt de verantwoordelijkheid van de rechtmatigheidsverantwoording bij Opdrachtgever. Om bovenstaande redenen wordt er een maximum tarief van € 55.000 (exclusief BTW) per jaar gehanteerd.
