De gemeente Enschede, tevens optredend als aanbestedende dienst (namens gemeenten Hengelo, Almelo, Borne, Losser, Twenterand, Oldenzaal en gemeenschappelijke regelingen Samen Twente, Recreatieschap Twente, SWB Midden Twente, GBTwente en Stadsbank Oost Nederland), hierna te noemen: 'deelnemers', wenst op grond van haar wettelijke taak een opdrachtnemer per perceel te contracteren voor het leveren van Accountancydiensten.
