L'Accordo Quadro ha per oggetto l'impegno dell'Appaltatore a eseguire tutte le opere da imprenditore edile ramo stradale occorrenti per la realizzazione di interventi di manutenzione straordinaria dei Manufatti di Scavalcamento e sottopassi- Lotto 5, presenti nel territorio cittadino (Municipi da 1 a 9), finalizzati al loro mantenimento in efficienza e al conseguimento di un maggior standard qualitativo in termini sia di sicurezza della circolazione stradale che di maggior funzionalità della rete stradale cittadina
