Scopo dell’Accordo quadro è quello di individuare l’operatore economico affidatario dei servizi assicurativi multirischi relativi agli impianti di risalita della Valle d’Aosta (di seguito anche i “Servizi Assicurativi”) e di stabilire le clausole e le condizioni relative ai contratti basati su di esso che saranno conclusi fra il medesimo e ciascuna delle Società funiviarie.
