Description
Accord-cadre pour l'exécution de missions d'audit en 2 lots: Lot 1: faire réaliser des missions d'audit et des missions de conseil et disposer d'une expertise externe pour l'audit interne d'Infrabel. L'accord-cadre sera conclu avec maximum 6 gagnants. Chaque marché, basé sur l'accord-cadre, est soumis à la mise en concurrence entre les différents adjudicataires, appelé mini-compétition. Cela peut concerner des missions de toute nature (financières, project management, HR, Procurement, Legal, GDPR, ESG, Communication,....) Lot 2: faire réaliser des missions d'audit à orientation IT et des missions de conseil à orientation IT et disposer d'une expertise externe IT pour l'audit interne d'Infrabel. L'accord-cadre sera conclu avec maximum 10 gagnants. Chaque marché, basé sur l'accord-cadre, est soumis à la mise en concurrence entre les différents adjudicataires, appelé mini-compétition . Cela concerne des missions de nature IT (par exemple ICT, sécurité d'information, data protection....)
