Description
Le marché concerne l'évacuation et le traitement de déchets sauvages. Ces déchets étant de natures diverses et parfois polluantes (déchets pouvant contenir de l'amiante, du plomb, etc.), dans un souci environnemental, sanitaire et réglementaire(obligation communale relevant de l'article L.2212-2 du CGCT), il est nécessaire que ces déchets soient transportés, traités et valorisés selon des procédures spécifiques au sein de filières adaptés. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
