Description
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la passation de marchés subséquents relatifs à l'acquisition d'objets promotionnels divers pour les besoins du Département des Pyrénées-Orientales. La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-12 du Code de la commande publique. Chaque lot sera attribué à un maximum de 5 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres)
