Description
Le présent marché est un marché de fournitures passé sous procédure ouverte et sous forme d’accord-cadre relatif à l'achat de fournitures électriques et de luminaires. Le matériel doit être destiné aux professionnels et doit répondre aux normes européennes, belges et régionales si applicables. En application des articles 2, 6° et 47 de la loi du 17 juin 2016, l’Hôpital de la Citadelle passe le présent marché sous forme de centrale d'achats, en vue de la commande de fournitures par les pouvoirs adjudicateurs bénéficiaires identifiés ci-après. Hôpital de la Citadelle, Bd du 12ème de Ligne, 1, 4000 Liège ; Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Liège; Avenue de l’Hôpital, 1, 4000 Liège ; CHR Verviers, Rue du Parc 29, 4800 Verviers.
