Description
Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes dont les membre sont précisés au règlement de la consultation. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans à compter de la date de notification du contrat. Aucune clause de garantie financière ne sera appliquée. Les délais d'exécution des prestations sont fixés à chaque bon de commande. Une avance pourra être accordée pour chaque bon de commande dans les conditions définies au CCAP. Les montants maximum de commande pour chacun des membres du groupement sont précisés à l'acte d'engagement
