Description
Accord-cadre multilatéral sur le leasing opérationnel pour des voitures de société. Le parc automobile actuel compte 1.450 voitures. Le marché porte sur la livraison de voitures de société sous leasing opérationnel pour les collaborateurs de bpost et la fourniture de services liés à la gestion de ces voitures de société (y compris la mise à disposition d'un logiciel de commande). Le marché concerne un contrat-cadre multilatéral (c.-à-d. un contrat-cadre en vertu duquel bpost conclura le marché avec plusieurs soumissionnaires). Pour ce marché, bpost souhaite conclure un contrat-cadre avec 2 fournisseurs. Les différents lots, et plus particulièrement les différentes commandes de voitures de société, seront attribués par le biais d'une mini-compétition à l'un des deux participants à l'accord-cadre. Le processus et les principes de cette mini-compétition seront précisés dans le cahier des charges.
