La présente consultation a pour objet de conclure un marché suivant le régime d’un accord-cadre mono-attributaire composite portant l’exploitation des installations de chauffage, de production d’eau chaude sanitaire et de traitement de l’air des bâtiments communaux de la ville de Villetaneuse. Le marché comprend une part forfaitaire (P2) et une part à bons de commande (P5). L’ensemble des sites et équipements relevant du marché sont décrits dans l’annexe 1 du Cahier des Clauses Particulières Exploitation (CCTP).
