Description

Le présent marché consiste en la conclusion d’un accord-cadre et, à sa suite, de marchés subséquents ayant pour objet la location long terme (leasing opérationnel), sans option d’achat, de véhicules au profit d’HYDRIA (moyennant paiement d’un loyer mensuel). L’accord-cadre a pour objectif de désigner trois soumissionnaires ayant remis l’offre économiquement la plus avantageuse, qui seront ensuite invités à remettre offre pour les marchés subséquents. Lors de chaque marché subséquent, ces trois opérateurs économiques seront remis en concurrence
