Les commandes pourront notamment être passées via un catalogue électronique personnalisé et pourront être livrées sur l'ensemble du territoire belge (région flamande, région wallonne et région bruxelloise).
Award criteria
- De aanbesteder baseert de gunning van de overheidsopdracht op de economisch meest voordelige offerte (overeenkomstig artikel 153 van het bestek). De prijs is niet het enige gunningscriterium.
