L’objet du marché est le suivant : l’achat d’un logiciel pour la gestion de la dette d’Infrabel permettant d’atteindre les objectifs suivants : - Acquérir un outil complet capable de gérer la dette au jour le jour, en incluant tous les instruments financiers requis ; - Acquérir un outil capable de répondre aux exigences comptables et aux règles de conformité concernant les normes comptables belges et IFRS; - Disposer d’un outil bénéficiant de services supplémentaires pour les calculs de valorisation de la dette.
