Prestations d'achat d'espaces publicitaires sur tout support et mission de conseil en plan média. L'accord-cadre n'est pas alloti. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande selon les stipulations de l'acte d'engagement. Les prix sont fermes et non actualisables. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée ferme de deux ans à compter du 6 juillet 2025 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure. Aucune forme de groupement n'est imposé. Il est interdit aux candidats de présenter plusieurs offres en agissant à la fois en qualité de candidats individuels et de membres d'un ou plusieurs groupements. Le contrat prévoit le versement d'une avance. Montant HT maximum pour la durée totale du contrat : 900 000 euro(s) . L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par prix unitaires
