Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les prestations attendues dans le cadre du présent contrat concernent : - la transcription des enregistrements audiovisuels des séances du Conseil Municipal (comprenant l'insertion de textes fournis par la Direction Assemblées et Vie Institutionnelle). - la transcription des enregistrements sonores des autres réunions, commissions et comités consultatifs de la ville. La prestation consiste à transcrire intégralement, mot à mot, les propos tenus lors de ces réunions
