Le présent avis de marché vise à mettre en place un accord-cadre, alloti, multi attributaires, sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum de 8 500 000€ ayant pour objet des prestations de design to cost (CCO) au sein de la RATP. Les prestations sont reparties en trois lots distincts : Lot 1 : Accompagnement BUILD & expérimentation Lot 2 : Accompagnements de projets avec outils CCO RATP Lot 3 : Portefeuille patrimonial Le démarrage des prestations est préssentie en décembre 2025.
