Le présent accord cadre est alloti en 3 lots : chaque lot correspondant à un quartier (quartiers situés en Essonne), comme suit : - LOT n° 1 : Plaine à Epinay sous Sénart ; - LOT n° 2 : Prairie de l'Oly à Montgeron et Vigneux sur Seine - LOT n° 3 : Hautes Mardelles à Brunoy Montants maximums par lot sur la durée globale de chaque lot (6 ans): -lot 1 : 800 000 euros HT -lot 2: 250 000 euros HT -lot 3 : 650 000 euros HT Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire (un attributaire par lot). Le mandataire du groupement devra obligatoirement être l'Architecte - Urbaniste coordonnateur
