Description

Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de sélectionner les prestataires qui pourront soumissionner aux marchés de maîtrise d'oeuvre passés par l'établissement support du Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT) Est Hérault et Sud Aveyron. Le périmètre d'intervention concerne l'ensemble des établissements du GHT EHSA pour des missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre en rénovation, réhabilitation, restructuration, construction neuve, démolition, VRD et mise aux normes de bâtiments. Hors : Opérations nécessitant un concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre Opérations dont la consultation de maîtrise d'oeuvre exige un rendu de prestation au stade de l'offre entraînant le versement d'une prime Opérations techniques nécessitant une expertise/compétence particulière (ex: réfection d'installations techniques complexes type poste électrique, centrale de secours, ascenseur, ITE, photovoltaïques)
