Description
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l'approvisionnement en fournitures générales et petit matériel de bureau, pour l'ensemble des sites administratifs de l'OPH Communautaire de Plaine Commune. Le présent accord-cadre est alloti. Il est décomposé en cinq lots au total, définis comme suit : Lot n°1 : Fournitures générales de bureau et de petit matériel Lot n°2 : Fourniture de consommables informatiques : cartouches d'encre imprimante noir et couleurs Lot n°3 : Fournitures de papier Lot n°4 : Fourniture de boites d'archives. Il est réservé. Lot n°5 : Fournitures Services généraux L'acheteur a décidé de réserver le lot n°4 aux entreprises adaptées et aux établissements d'aide par le travail en application de l'article L. 2113-13 du Code de la Commande Publique (Réservation de marchés aux opérateurs économiques qui emploient des travailleurs handicapés et défavorisés - Structures d'insertion par l'activité économique SIAE). Chacun des lots fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre séparé. Chaque candidat peut répondre à un ou plusieurs lots. Il devra présenter un dossier complet pour chaque lot.
