Description
Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono attributaire avec maximum passé en application des articles L.2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an, reconductible tacitement 3 fois un an dans les mêmes conditions. Le montant maximum de chaque période pour le lot 1 est de 42 000 Euros HT. Le montant maximum de chaque période pour le lot 2 est de 31 000 Euros HT.
