Le marché porte sur des études et analyses ponctuelles spécifiques d'impact d'événements contextuels sur les activités d’Infrabel. L’impact de ceux-ci peut être stratégique, opérationnel ou financier. Le marché est un marché multisourcing, en un seul lot, avec trois firmes lauréates maximum, prévoyant une mini-compétition pour chaque commande.
