Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet les inspections de reconnaissance et de contrôle subaquatiques et les travaux d'entretien et de réparation des ouvrages ou équipements mobiles et/ou flottants y compris des engins nautiques pour le compte de HAROPA PORT - Le Havre. Il a également pour objet la reconnaissance d'objets détectés par HAROPA PORT - Le Havre. Ces travaux comprennent notamment : des inspections subaquatiques de reconnaissance ou de contrôle, des travaux subaquatiques d'entretien et de réparation, des travaux de dévasage et de nettoyage, la mise en place de matériel de mesures océanographiques, de fourreaux ou de câbles subaquatiques.
