ACCORD-CADRE MONO-ATTRIBUTAIRE D'ASSISTANCE A MAITRISE D'OUVRAGE TECHNIQUE POUR LA TRANSFORMATION DE L'HOTEL DIEU A NANTES Le Centre Hospitalier Universitaire (CHU) de Nantes construit aujourd'hui son nouveau site sur l'île de Nantes et libérera le site historique de l'Hôtel Dieu à l'issue de la réception des travaux de construction et du déménagement. Dans ce contexte, Nantes Métropole (NM) a confié un mandat d'études à la Samoa afin de conduire une réflexion sur le devenir de l'Hôtel-Dieu, secteur stratégique de 18 hectares et 250 000 m² de surface de plancher, qui offre l'opportunité unique de développer un projet ambitieux en bord de Loire au cœur de la centralité métropolitaine. De 2024 à 2027, il s'agit pour la collectivité de se préparer à gérer ce patrimoine, dans un double objectif : - faire émerger des transformations rapides (occupations temporaires, renaturation…), et pour cela assurer une exploitation optimisée (coûts de sécurisation, desserte énergétique…), - donner une base technique solide aux réflexions programmatiques du devenir du site à moyen et long terme.
