Description
L'AMO ingénierie environnementale aura pour mission d'évaluer et challenger le projet, de contribuer à la définition commune de propositions techniques, architecturales et urbaines. Elle stimulera les réflexions pour être collectivement à la hauteur des enjeux environnementaux présents : s'adapter aux changements climatiques et écologiques, atténuer leurs effets, réparer notre milieu naturel. L'AMO qualifiera et quantifiera les ambitions en termes de renaturation et d'impact carbone. Elle pourra objectiver les scénarios en proposant des indicateurs : carbone émis, impact sur la biodiversité, taux de renaturation, température ressentie pour résorption d'îlots de chaleur, etc. De façon plus générale, au regard de l'histoire hospitalière du site, une réflexion sur la qualité de vie dans le futur quartier contribuera à produire un morceau de ville favorable à la santé.
