Description

La consultation est passée par Procédure adaptée (article L.2123-1 du Code de la commande publique) et donnera lieu à un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans montant minimum mais avec un montant maximum. Les prix unitaires seront révisés selon les modalités déterminées au Cahier des clauses administratives particulières (CCAP). L'accord-cadre aura une durée de 12 mois à compter du 24 février 2025 (ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci lui est postérieure) et sera reconductible tacitement trois fois par période analogue, soit une durée totale de 48 mois. Les modalités d'émission des bons de commande sont décrites dans le CCAP. Cette consultation ne comporte pas de tranche optionnelle ni de prestation supplémentaire éventuelle et elle prohibe les variantes
