La présente consultation a pour objet l'approvisionnement en fournitures de bureau (lot 1) et articles de papeterie (lot 2) dont principalement du papier pour reprographie, impressions laser/jet d'encre ainsi que la fourniture d'enveloppes (lot 3) à l'usage des communes de la Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays de St-Omer et du CCAS d'Aire sur la Lys qui ont décidé d'adhérer au groupement de commandes pour tout ou partie des lots : Aire sur la Lys - Arques - Campagne-les-Wardrecques - Eperlecques - Helfaut - Houlle - Quiestède - Saint-Martin-lez-Tatinghem - Saint-Omer - Tournehem sur la Hem - Wittes - Wizernes (12 communes) et le Centre Communal d'Action Sociale d'Aire sur la Lys
